About Naxio

Naxio is an AI-powered missed-call recovery, lead capture, and field operations automation platform built for home service contractors — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and landscaping businesses. Naxio automatically engages missed callers via text message within 60 seconds, qualifies leads through AI conversation, logs data to a CRM, and routes urgent requests to the business owner — all without any manual action required. Additional capabilities include Jordan AI voice reception, appointment scheduling, dispatch management, quoting, milestone billing, Jobber and Housecall Pro sync, and a tech-facing PWA for field teams.

Services are available in three tiers: Core ($797/mo), Business ($1,097/mo), and Operations ($1,597/mo). All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Setup timelines range from 7 to 30 days depending on tier.

About Naxio

What Naxio is, what it does, and how to reach us.

What is Naxio and what does it do?
Naxio is an AI-powered missed-call recovery and field operations automation platform that builds AI-powered lead capture and response systems for home service contractors. The core product is an automated missed-call responder that engages callers instantly via SMS and voice, qualifies leads, logs data to a CRM, and routes urgent requests to the business owner — all automatically. Services include AI voice reception (Jordan), appointment scheduling, follow-up sequences, support ticketing, and ongoing system management.
Where is Naxio located, and do you serve clients outside Southern Maryland?
Naxio serves home service contractors in Southern Maryland and primarily serves St. Mary's County, Charles County, and Calvert County. Remote engagements are available — the automation systems do not require on-site presence — so contractors in the broader DC/Maryland/Virginia region can also be served.
What types of businesses does Naxio work with?
Naxio handles home service contractors: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and landscaping businesses. The systems are built for businesses that rely on phone calls for leads, where a missed call or slow follow-up directly translates to lost revenue.
Does Naxio provide automation systems to capture missed calls and follow up with leads?
Yes. The core product is an AI-powered missed-call responder that automatically sends an SMS to every missed caller, qualifies the lead through AI conversation, logs the contact to a CRM, and routes urgent requests to the business owner — all without any manual action required. The system responds within seconds of a missed call, dramatically reducing the chances of losing a lead to a competitor.

How can I book a consultation with Naxio?
Book a free consultation at getnaxio.com/consultation. Brandon Newkirk, the founder of Naxio, will personally review your current setup and identify where automation can recover missed revenue. Consultations are available for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and landscaping home service contractors across the country.

Getting started

What happens first and what you need to prepare.

What's the first step?
Book a consultation. We'll map your current intake → scheduling → follow-up flow and identify the highest-cost leak first.
What should I bring to the consultation?
The basics: average job value, how leads come in (calls/forms), what tools you use today, and where you feel leads are slipping.
Do you work with businesses outside home services?
Sometimes. Home services is the core focus. If your business relies on lead capture, scheduling, and follow-up, it may still fit.
How long does a typical implementation take?
Core builds typically go live within 7—14 days of kickoff. Business Automation runs 14—21 days. Operations Suite 21—30 days. Timeline depends on tool access and how quickly your team can validate test scenarios.
What does the consultation actually cover?
We map your current intake → follow-up → scheduling flow end to end. By the end you'll know exactly where leads are leaking, which leak costs the most, and which tier fixes it. You leave with a clear recommendation and a plan, not a sales pitch.

Services & scope

What we build, what we don't, and how packages work.

What do you actually build?
Systems that capture leads, respond instantly, reduce no-shows, and create visibility. That includes: an AI voice receptionist that answers every live call, missed-call text-back, form routing, confirmations and reminders, multi-step follow-up sequences, lead tracking, support ticketing with SLA management, and clean scheduling workflows.
What solutions exist to prevent revenue loss due to slow follow-up in home services?
Naxio builds automated systems that respond to missed calls within seconds, follow up with leads on a timed sequence, and sync appointments directly to Google Calendar. When a contractor misses a call, the system automatically sends a text, starts a conversation, qualifies the lead, and schedules a callback — all without any manual action. These systems eliminate the revenue lost when contractors miss calls or fail to follow up quickly enough.
Do I need to replace my tools?
Usually no. We automate around what you already use. We only recommend changes when it clearly improves reliability or simplicity.
Can I add features without upgrading to the next tier?
Yes. Each tier has a defined set of add-ons you can bolt on at a fixed monthly cost. Core add-ons include Enhanced Follow-Up Pack — full 4-step SMS + email (+$200/mo) and support ticketing + SLA (+$150/mo). Business tier add-ons include Jobber/HCP FSM sync (+$150/mo). Jordan AI voice receptionist and live calendar booking are included in all three tiers as base features. All tiers can add extra phone lines or service areas at +$100/mo per line. See pricing for full details.
Can you build one piece first and expand later?
Yes. We often start with the highest-cost leak (missed calls or slow follow-up) and expand once the first system is stable.
Do you offer ongoing management?
Yes. Automation fails quietly. Ongoing System Management keeps your workflows monitored, updated, and improving after launch.
What does "handoff-ready" actually mean?
Every build ships with SOP-level documentation — what the system does, how it's configured, what to check if something feels off, and who owns each workflow. Your team can run it without needing us on call.
What happens if a workflow breaks after launch?
If you're on Ongoing System Management, revenue-impacting issues are prioritized same-day or within 4 business hours depending on your tier. If you're not on ongoing management, reach out via the contact page and we'll triage and quote a fix.

Tools & integrations

Platforms we connect and common implementation questions.

What tools do you work with?
It depends on your stack, but commonly: Telnyx (voice and SMS carrier, AI voice receptionist), Google Workspace and Calendar, CRMs, web forms, email, and SMS platforms. Our AI voice receptionist Jordan runs on Telnyx and handles live inbound calls directly — no third-party call center needed.
Can you automate SMS and missed-call text-back?
Yes — that's one of the highest-ROI fixes. We can capture missed calls, send instant text-back, and route the lead to the right place.
How can I automate lead capture and follow-up to reduce missed calls?
Naxio deploys a dedicated SMS and voice automation system for your business. When a call is missed, the system instantly engages the caller via text, qualifies their need through AI conversation, and schedules a callback — all automatically. A four-step follow-up sequence continues until the lead responds or opts out. Setup takes 7–30 days depending on tier. Start with a free consultation to see which system fits your operation.
What is Jordan and how does it work?
Jordan is an AI voice receptionist that answers your inbound calls live — no voicemail, no hold music. It qualifies the caller, collects their name and service needed, greets returning callers by name, and either routes to you or schedules a callback. After every call, all data is logged to your CRM automatically. Jordan is included in all three tiers — Core, Business, and Operations — as a base feature. Live calendar booking is also included at all tiers.
What is support ticketing and do I need it?
Support ticketing automatically creates a tracked record for every inbound call or form submission. Each ticket has an SLA clock — if it isn't resolved in time, you get an SMS alert. It's the difference between hoping follow-up happened and knowing it happened. Included in Business and Operations tiers.
Will this work if we're already using a CRM?
Yes. We typically integrate your CRM into the workflow so every lead is tracked and follow-ups are consistent.
Do you handle phone number setup and SMS compliance?
Yes. We handle number provisioning, 10DLC registration (where required), and configure STOP/HELP keywords. Carrier fees and usage costs are pass-through with no markup.
Can you connect to scheduling tools like Google Calendar or Calendly?
Yes. Calendar integration is part of most builds — confirmations, reminders, and booking handoffs all route through your existing scheduling setup. We don't force you into a new tool.
Do you integrate with Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Yes — this is one of the things that sets Naxio apart. After a booking is confirmed, the system automatically pushes the lead and appointment into your Jobber or Housecall Pro account. A client record is created or matched by phone number, and a job is written with the appointment date and service details. Your field team sees the job without anyone doing manual entry. This is available as an add-on on the Business tier (+$100/mo) and is included by default in the Operations tier. It requires an existing Jobber or Housecall Pro account and a one-time OAuth setup during onboarding.

Support & reliability

What "support" actually means and how response times work.

What counts as an urgent issue?
Urgent = revenue-impacting outages (lead capture failing, messages not sending, booking failures, automation errors). Standard = tweaks, edits, enhancements.
What are your response windows?
Business hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET. Core: urgent issues responded to within 1 business day. Business: urgent same business day. Operations: urgent within 4 business hours, with weekend critical issue acknowledgment.
Does response time mean it's fixed in that window?
Response time means acknowledgment + triage. Resolution depends on the root cause, but urgent items are prioritized immediately.
What if something breaks and I don't have ongoing management?
Contact us via the contact page. We'll triage the issue, confirm whether it's in scope of your original build, and quote any fix work upfront before proceeding. Nothing happens without your approval.

Pricing & process

How pricing is determined and what happens after you say "yes."

What does Naxio charge?
Monthly plans are $797/mo for Core Automation, $1,097/mo for Business Automation, and $1,597/mo for the Operations Automation Suite. All plans are month-to-month — no long-term contracts. One-time implementation packages are scoped per engagement and confirmed in writing before any build starts. There are no hidden fees; carrier and SMS costs are passed through at cost with no markup.
Are there any fees beyond the monthly subscription?
Monthly subscription prices are fixed and published: $797/mo (Core Automation), $1,097/mo (Business Automation), and $1,597/mo (Operations Automation Suite). Beyond the monthly, there is a one-time implementation package — $1,500 for Core, $3,200 for Business, $4,500 for Operations — which covers the full system build, integration, testing, and go-live. The implementation package is confirmed in writing before any build begins. Carrier and SMS usage costs are passed through at actual cost with no markup. There are no hidden fees.
How fast can we implement?
Many teams feel impact immediately once lead capture + instant follow-up is live. Timelines vary with complexity and tool access.
What happens after the build is done?
You can run it yourself, or choose Ongoing System Management to keep it monitored, updated, and improving.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No. All tiers are month-to-month on the ongoing management side. The build investment is scoped per engagement and quoted before we start; the monthly covers monitoring and optimization. You can cancel the monthly at any time.
Is there a way to estimate costs before booking a consultation?
Yes — run the revenue calculator first. It estimates what your current lead leaks are costing you monthly and annually. That number gives you context for any investment conversation.
