From signed to live in under 30 days

Partner agreement signed

We execute a Partner Agreement covering your selected model, commission or discount rate, MAP clause, and payment terms. Typically one business day.

Client introduced or referred

Referral partners send clients a tracked link or make a direct introduction. White-label partners handle the sale under their own brand. Setup fee collected before provisioning begins.

Naxio provisions the system

Full provisioning: dedicated phone number, Jordan AI agent, custom knowledge base, CRM, follow-up sequences, and dashboard login. Core: 7–14 days. Business: 14–21. Operations: 21–30.

Client goes live

Client connects Google Calendar and sets up call forwarding. The platform begins capturing and responding to every missed call automatically. No installs or ongoing maintenance required from the client.

Commissions or invoices, monthly

Referral partners receive commission payments net-30 each month per active client. White-label partners receive a monthly invoice for all active clients, due by the 10th.
