Naxio engages the sub-processors listed below to assist in delivering the Naxio platform to home service contractor clients. Each sub-processor is subject to data processing obligations consistent with the Naxio Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. Changes to this list: Naxio will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to active clients before adding a new sub-processor or making a material change to an existing one. Clients who object to a new sub-processor may terminate their subscription in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement.

FSM integrations (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan): These integrations are authorized and configured by the individual client via OAuth2. Data sharing with FSM platforms is governed by each client's own agreement with their FSM provider and is initiated at the client's direction — not by Naxio independently.
