Is there a long-term contract?
No. All subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. We earn your business every month by delivering results, not by locking you in.
What does "done-for-you" actually mean?
It means we build it, configure it, and manage it. You don't touch the platform — we handle provisioning, Jordan AI setup, follow-up sequence tuning, and ongoing updates. Your job is to answer your phone and show up for the appointments we book.
How long until I'm live?
Core: 7–14 days. Business: 14–21 days. Operations: 21–30 days. Timeline starts after the implementation package is confirmed and onboarding information is complete.
Are Telnyx and AI costs unpredictable?
Telnyx costs scale with your call and SMS volume — typically $30–80/mo for most contractors. Anthropic costs are capped at $25/mo per client, invoiced separately at actual cost with zero markup.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. Tier upgrades are handled mid-month with prorated billing. The upgrade includes a setup phase to configure the new tier's features — typically 5–10 business days.
What if I need a feature from a higher tier but don't want to upgrade?
Core clients can add the Enhanced Follow-Up Pack (+$200/mo) and Support Ticketing + SLA Alerts (+$150/mo) individually. Stacking both is $350/mo — at that point, Business at $1,097/mo includes those features plus significantly more across quoting, portal, milestone billing, maintenance scheduling, and AI summaries.
